BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Full payment is required at the time of booking.  Your reservation will be confirmed once payment and the completed booking form have been received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 • 90+ days before arrival: full refund.
• 90–30 days before arrival: 50% refund, or full refund if dates are successfully re-let.
• Less than 30 days before arrival: non-refundable. If dates are re-let, a 50% refund or rebooking option will be offered. Booking amendments are subject to availability and at our discretion. If we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.

CHANGING BOOKING DATES

 • 90+ days before arrival: dates may be changed; any price increase applies.
• 90–30 days: 75% of the booking value may be used as credit toward a new stay; remaining 25% refunded if original dates are re-let.
• Less than 30 days: see cancellation policy.

All date changes are subject to availability and discretion.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

 • Check-in: 4:00–9:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM

Requests for early arrival or late departure must be made in advance, subject to availability and may incur a fee.

GUEST CONDUCT & PROPERTY RULES

 • Treat cabins, woodland, and neighbours respectfully.
• Only registered guests may be present.
• Report any damage immediately.
• Disruptive or illegal behaviour may result in termination without refund.
• Dispose of waste correctly and follow cabin instructions.

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited inside cabins.

PETS

Dogs are permitted only in designated cabins, with prior approval and a cleaning fee.

 • Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
• Owners are responsible for any disturbance or damage.
• Other pets require written agreement before booking.

EXPERIENCES

 • Activities are led by guides and may be altered or cancelled for safety or operational reasons.
• Participation is at your own risk.
• Follow all instructions; unsafe behaviour may result in exclusion without refund.
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
• Some activities may not be suitable for all mobility levels.
• Damage to equipment will be charged.
• All medical conditions and allergies must be disclosed in advance.

WILD DINING

 • Please notify us of dietary needs in advance.
• This experience is weather-dependent; alternatives will be offered where possible.

LIABILITY

 • Guests are responsible for personal belongings.
• We are not liable for injury or illness unless caused by our negligence.
• We are not liable for events beyond our control.
• Guests are liable for damage caused by themselves, their guests, or pets.

GIFT VOUCHERS

 • Valid for the stated period and subject to standard booking terms.
• Non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.

ACCESSIBILITY

The woodland setting includes uneven surfaces and steps. Please contact us before booking if you have mobility concerns.

ACTIVITIES, EQUIPMENT & HAZARDS

Natural hazards are present. Suitable footwear and adherence to safety instructions are required.
Use of all equipment is at your own risk.

OFFERS & PROMOTIONS

 • Subject to availability and withdrawal.
• One offer per stay unless stated otherwise.

External providers operate independently.

PRIVACY & DATA

Personal data is used solely for bookings and service delivery, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for disruption due to events beyond our control.
Alternatives or refunds will be offered where possible.

COMPLAINTS

Report issues during your stay so they can be resolved promptly.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Scottish law and subject to Scottish courts.

All content is owned or licensed by Loskin Wood Experience and may not be reproduced without permission.


ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING

EV charging is not provided.
Vehicles must not be plugged into cabin or external sockets.
Unauthorised charging may result in termination and/or charges.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY & VISITORS

Maximum occupancy is two adults per cabin.
No unregistered visitors and no overnight guests not named on the booking.

LOST KEYS & LOST PROPERTY

Lost keys incur a replacement charge.
Items left behind are kept for 14 days and may be returned at cost.

ALCOHOL & ACTIVITIES

Guests must not participate in activities while intoxicated.
Guides may refuse participation; no refund will be issued.

RIGHT OF ENTRY

Staff may enter the cabin when required for safety, urgent maintenance, or at your request. Notice will be given where possible.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are 10pm–8am.

DEPARTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

Please:
• wash and put away dishes
• place waste in correct bins
• leave wet towels in the shower
• follow provided departure guidance

Extra cleaning charges apply if cabins are left in unreasonable condition.

WATER & ENVIRONMENT

Only toilet paper may be flushed.
Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.
Environmentally sensitive products are to be used.

UTILITIES & INTERRUPTIONS

Electricity, water, and Wi-Fi interruptions may occur.
Issues will be addressed promptly; compensation is not guaranteed unless required by law.

RIGHT TO REFUSE BOOKINGS

We may refuse or cancel bookings where information is inaccurate, safety is compromised, or terms are breached. No refund will be issued in such cases.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend travel insurance to cover illness, weather disruption, and travel delays.

PHOTOGRAPHY & DRONES

Personal photography and the sharing of those images is permitted, but Commercial photography requires written consent. Drones are not permitted.
